XRank provides AI-powered tweet optimization suggestions based on X's open-source algorithm. We do not guarantee any specific engagement results.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use XRank to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service
• Engage in harassment or hate speech
• Spread misinformation or disinformation
• Automate mass posting without disclosure

5. Credits and Subscriptions

• Free Plan: 5 credits per month, no rollover
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month for 200 credits, no rollover
• Credits are consumed per analysis request
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10 credits. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. We retain ownership of the XRank platform, AI models, and algorithm insights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

XRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific engagement results or that the service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

XRank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
